We surveyed 300 identity leaders to uncover the true state of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) in today’s enterprises. The results reveal that IGA remains largely manual, creating compliance gaps, productivity delays, and growing security risks.

Key findings include:

• 84% of organizations rely primarily on manual processes for user access reviews and provisioning.
• Fewer than 6% have fully automated their IGA processes.
• 83% cite integration difficulties with legacy IGA systems as a barrier to automation.

The 2025 State of IGA Survey highlights an urgent need for modern, automated solutions to reduce audit fatigue, speed access, and strengthen identity security.
